WaterFun Rescue Equipment Supports National Water Rescue Training in China
Professional Gear Tested in Real-World Training Scenarios to Strengthen Emergency Response Capabilities
From Shanghai to Sanming, cooperation in emergency rescue capabilities is moving from industrial collaboration to practical field applications. As a professional water rescue equipment manufacturer, WaterFun continues to support frontline rescue teams with reliable and high-performance gear, helping build stronger water emergency response systems.
Recently, the National Work Safety Emergency Rescue Team Water Rescue Skills Improvement Training was successfully completed at the Modern Firefighting Comprehensive Training Base in Shaxian, Sanming, China.
The 7-day intensive training brought together 40 professional rescuers from 39 teams across 14 provinces and regions. Through realistic training environments including calm water and rapid current conditions, participants completed comprehensive rescue exercises covering:
-
Rescue boat operation and maneuvering
-
Water entry and victim rescue techniques
-
Professional rescue equipment operation
-
Emergency response skills in complex water environments
During the training, emergency management authorities and professional rescue representatives from multiple regions visited the base to review water rescue equipment applications, training facilities, and improvements in emergency response capabilities.
Training Through Extreme Conditions: Equipment Proven in Real Situations
During the training period, the region experienced continuous rainfall influenced by a typhoon. Despite challenging weather conditions, all participants continued their practical exercises without interruption.
Through simulated emergency scenarios, rescuers tested their skills in demanding environments and improved their ability to respond to complex water rescue situations.
For WaterFun, these real-world training environments provide valuable opportunities to verify equipment performance, durability, and usability under professional rescue conditions.
From Life Jackets to Rescue Boots: Complete Water Rescue Protection System
Water rescue operations require equipment that performs reliably from preparation to mission completion.
During previous training sessions at the Shaxian base, WaterFun’s whitewater rescue PFDs and water rescue helmets have supported professional rescuers through repeated drills and skill development.
For this training, WaterFun’s neoprene rescue wetsuits and rescue boots were introduced for the first time, further expanding the complete protection system from head to toe.
The equipment used in training included:
-
Professional Whitewater Rescue PFDs
-
Water Rescue Helmets
-
Rescue Wetsuits
-
Rescue Boots
Every jump into the water, every rescue maneuver, and every training exercise became a practical test of equipment reliability.
